Olokuti: Cinema in the secret garden (Metropolitan Barcelona)
The fair trade shop with the hidden garden in Gràcia is showing films out back on Friday evenings throughout the summer for their Cinema a la Fresca season.
Try and keep this is a secret will you? One of Barcelona's hidden gems, Olokuti, is opening up its open-air cinema for the second year running in the lovely peaceful garden at the back of the shop. Every Friday at 7pm throughout July, August and September, they'll be showing a different film in original version with the emphasis on world cinema, documentaries and social issues. Films coming up include: End of Spear, ¿Por que caminar si puedes volar?, Favela Rising and The Shock Doctrine. Get there early to nab a good spot.
